Residential deck and above ground pool at dusk
This project involved designing and constructing a custom timber deck and above ground pool for a family home in the Waikato. We worked closely with the clients, providing 3D concept plans to help them visualise the final outcome from start to finish. Every measurement was exact, resulting in a perfectly level and aesthetically pleasing outdoor living space. The clients were thrilled with the seamless integration into their backyard and the high-quality finish.
Renovation progression
This project, speaks for itself - from concept to completion, a multi faceted project turning a three old barns into a family home A key challenge was navigating through old structure and bringing it up to todays code ensuring consistency. We utilised detailed 3D concept plans during the design phase, allowing the homeowners to approve the exact look they wanted. The use of total station set-outs guaranteed precise alignment and a robust construction, showcasing CroCon's commitment to delivering exact specifications and client satisfaction.
Timber retaining wall construction
We undertook the construction of a timber retaining wall to manage a sloped garden area, preventing erosion and creating usable space. This project required careful planning to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic blending with the existing landscape. Our 3D concept plans helped the client visualise how the wall would integrate with their garden ,proposed decks and house renovation . Our GNSS and total station set-outs ensured perfect alignment , and collected the data to create the concept plans. CroCon delivered a solution that was both functional and visually appealing, demonstrating our ability to handle complex earthworks with small plant machinery.
